Hello!
I have been so busy getting ready for the Holidays that I haven't been posting recipes. I swear I will get to it! But in the mean time, if anyone has a great cookie recipe they would like to share I would love to put it up here! I'm going to be posting my Ginger Snap recipes here in a few days! So once again if you have one to share please do!

I can't cook but I can't wait to attempt some of your recipes!! :)
BROWN SUGAR REFRIGERATOR COOKIES
1 1/3 c. butter (or a mixture of butter & butter)
1 c. light brown sugar, packed
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt, optional
Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and beat. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and form into rolls 2 inches in diameter and 8 inches long. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze until ready to bake.
When ready to bake, cut in 1/4 slices and bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove immediately from pan. A delicious crisp cookie.
I will post the others from work if I get the chance... if not... then tomorrow!
